Hortensien gehören für mich zu den schönsten Blumen. Hier habe ich sie in gestempelter Form mit Aquarellfarben auf eine blumige Geburtstagskarte gebracht.
For me Hydrangea is one of the most beautiful flowers. I stamped them here with watercolor on a bloomy birthday card.
Mit leichter Hand / Light-handed
Schön, daß du wieder mal bei mir reinschaust. Heute habe ich mal wieder ein Kärtchen mitgebracht. Das in brauner Archival Ink abgestempelte blumige Motiv habe ich mit ein wenig wasservermalter Distress Ink im Aquarellstil coloriert. Das habe ich mir bei Judith von Ludiec abgeschaut, bei der ich immer gerne die Different Colors Stempel kaufe. Sie hat eine unnachahmliche Art, ihre Stempelmotive und Kärtchen zu gestalten.
Thank you for stopping by, today I want to show a little card. I stamped that flower motif in brown Archival Ink and colored it with Distress Inks in watercolor style. I adopted this from Judith from Ludiec, where I like to buy those Different Colors stamps. She has an inimitable style to create and color her stamp motifs and cards.
Anders als beim Colorieren der Motivstempel von ArtImpressions, wie bei dieser Männerkarte, ist diese Art der Coloration eher leicht und lässig. Kombiniert habe ich dann noch einen schönen Spruchstempel und dann das Ganze auf braunem und kariertem Cardstock montiert. Um das Motiv noch ein bißchen abzusetzen, habe ich es mit dunkelblauem Cardstock hinterlegt.
Other than coloration of those motif stamps from ArtImpression, for example with this men’s card, is this type of coloration more easy and airy. I combined it with a nice stamped saying and mounted it on brown and checkered cardstock. To highlight the center motif I matted it with dark blue cardstock.

Ein weiterer Blumenzweig findet sich im Inneren der Karte. Diesmal habe ich das Motiv ausgestanzt und wieder aquarellig akzentuiert. Den runden Stempelspruch von Inkystamp habe ich auf einen Kreis gestempelt und mit einem Straßbrad verziert.
Another flower twig can be found inside the card. This time I die-cut the motif and highlighted it with watercolor. I stamped that circle lettering stamp from Inkystamp on a circle paper and decorated it with a rhinestone brad.
Dann noch die lieben Wünsche gedruckt und ab ging die blumige Geburtstagskarte mit Aquarellfarben per Post.
