Yoga Box zum Entspannen / Relaxing Yoga-Box

Für etwas Entspannung und Meditation ist das kleine Geschenk gedacht, das ich heute passend verpackt habe. Endlich kam auch der Stempel zum Einsatz, den ich extra für so etwas mal gekauft habe. Dann werfen wir doch mal einen Blick auf die Yoga Box zum Entspannen…

Some relaxation and meditation is inside that little present I packed. Finally I was able to use the stamp I bought exactly for this purpose. Let’s throw a glance on the relaxing Yoga-box….

Energie tanken / Catch energy

Ein schöner Gedanke, die Zukunft einatmen. Der Spruchstempel kam zusammen mit dem Yoga-Motiv von Stamping Bella. Die Box ist wieder eine Stülpdeckelbox, die ich mit meinem Falzbrett erstellt habe.

What a beautiful thought, to inhale the future. Those lines came together with the Yoga-motif from Stamping Bella. I made again a slip lid box with my scoring board.

Den Spruch habe ich mit Distress Embossing Glaze auf ein ausgestanztes Etikett gestempelt und mit Abstandspads und Brads aufgeklebt.

I stamped the saying with Distress Embossing Glaze on a die-cut label, added some brads and glued it with foam pads.

Loslassen / Let go

Die Vergangenheit ausatmen – wieder so eine treffende Formulierung. Darüber kann man durchaus mal meditieren.

To exhale the past – again a phrase to the point. One can meditate on this, maybe.

Das Stempelmotiv habe ich nur ganz zart mit Distress Inks und Wassertankpinsel coloriert. Das Ausschneiden hat wieder mein elektronisches Helferlein übernommen. Das ist praktisch. So kann man sich teure Stanzen sparen, die speziell für bestimmte Stempel angeboten werden.

I colored the stamp delicately with Distress Inks and a water brush. My electronic little helper did the cutting for me, again. This is very convenient, because you won’t need expensive dies which are designed especially for some stamps.

Und hier ist das Kärtchen wieder dabei. In der Schachtel verbarg sich eine kleine Yoga Box in passendem grün mit Übungen und kleinen Meditationsinspirationen zum Entspannen.

And here is the card that came with the box. Inside there was hidden a little Yoga box in matching green with exercises and meditation inspirations for relaxing.
